Shipping and Returns 

 

Do you deliver to my location?

 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world including Canada, the United Kingdom and AFO/APO addresses. However, with the exception of AFO/APO addresses most addresses outside the US require special shipping and handling charges and do not qualify for free shipping. Some items on our site have specific shipping restrictions which are noted in the product description. Please note these restrictions before adding the item to your cart.

 

Note: It is the customer’s responsibility to clear their shipments through customs. We can not keep track of the ever changing customs policies of the many countries we serve. Also, it is the responsibility of the customer to verify and comply with the laws and regulations that are applicable to his or her jurisdiction. All interstate orders are shipped FOB and ownership is transferred to the customer once the order is left at the buyer’s requested shipper.  The buyer assumes all responsibility for importing his/her order into his/her state/country.

 

Can you deliver my order to a friend's address?

 

For your security and identity protection all orders that are paid for with a credit card must be shipped to the billing address associated with the credit card you used to pay for the order. This is to prevent credit card fraud which is common on the internet. If you would like your order shipped to a different address you can choose the MONEY ORDER option and mail in your order and payment in the form of a US currency money order.

 

What's with the Free US Shipping for orders over $50?

 

Orders of $50 or more are shipped at no cost to you via USPS Priority Mail to any US address including AK and HI. Please select the FREE SHIPPING option when you choose your shipping method upon checkout.

 

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

 

When you place an order with The Brass Knuckles Company, we will usually ship your order within 48 hours however we can not guarantee this time frame and do not offer RUSH processing or overnight delivery.

 

If an item becomes back-ordered it is possible that your order will be held longer. If it must be held for more then 10 days we will fulfill your order minus the backordered item and credit your credit card for the difference.

 

US orders usually arrive within 10 days and often arrive much sooner. Orders to non-US addresses are subject to customs clearance before being released to your country's local postal service and can from 7 to 14 days to arrive and sometime as much as 28 days depending on the efficiency of your country's postal service.

 

How can I track my order status and how do I know when it has shipped?

 

You can track your order status by logging into your account and clicking Account History. When you first place your order using a credit card your order status is PROCESSING. If you place your order and choose the MONEY ORDER payment option your order status will be PENDING until we receive your payment. Your order status will be changed to SHIPPED when it have been shipped out. ON HOLD means an item has been backordered or the customer has asked to hold the order while a concern is being addressed. AVS HOLD means that the billing address you provided does not match the billing address of the credit card that you used to pay for the order. This can usually be easily resolved. You simply provide us with the address where your credit card bill goes and reconfirm your credit card number and expiration date. We will contact you if your order is on AVS HOLD but feel free to contact us at sales@brassknucklescompany.com or 1-888-604-2296.

 

How do I track my package once it has shipped?

 

When your order ships a USPS tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address you provide when you created your account. You can use this number to tracking your shipment online at USPS.com or call the automated toll free USPS tracking phone number at 1-800-222-1811.

 

If you do not receive this email and need a tracking  number, please email customer service at sales@brassknucklescompany.com.

 

Our Returns Policy

 

You may return most items sold by The Brass Knuckles Company within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

 

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

 

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).

 

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

 

Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable or dangerous liquids.

 

Refund Policy

 

We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by The Brass Knuckles Company. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

 

 How Refunds Are Calculated

 

The amount of your refund depends on several factors:

 

Items that do not meet our returns guidelines will receive only partial refunds:

 

 

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.

 

 

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. 

 

 

If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount. Any unexpired promotional funds used on the order would, however, be returned to your account for use toward future qualifying purchases. Please note that the original expiration date still applies.

 

 

To make a return please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Pinky by emailing her at pinky@brassknucklescompany.com or calling her at 1-888-604-2296. Once you have your RMA number you will be given a return form to fill out and include with the items you are returning.
