Tanto Rosewood Butterfly Knife

A "Modern Classic" with Quality and Class!

Class and style like this usually doesn't come at such a low price. The handsome real rosewood inserts and handle with a modern stonewash finish makes for a fine example of the "modern classic" look.

  • Overall length: 8.75 inches
  • Partially serrated drop point blade with blood groove
  • 440 stainless steel blade.
  • Includes removable belt clip.
  • Torx Screw Construction
  • flat brushed finish
  • High Quality, Precise Engineering

Notice: Butterfly knives are dangerous and should be used with extreme caution. This butterfly knife uses Torx/star head screws that you must tighten before first use and check frequently before and during every use. As with all butterfly knives, you must be sure to maintain and tighten the screws, especially the pivot screws. We recommend using a threadlocker for best results. Adjust with care, we do not warrant stripped or lost screws!

Background: Open, spin, slash, and close. With our line of quality butterfly knives, its an open and shut case. The butterfly knife, or "Balisong" is one of the most interesting knives in the world. It originated in the Philippines, in the small village of Balisong.

During WWII American soldiers stationed in the Philippines saw local people using the knife and loved the design. The thousands of troops returned to the US with their new knives, which they nicknamed "butterfly", and a new fad was born. US martial artists and teenagers alike began buying the butterfly knives in the millions. We are pleased to offer a nice selection of butterfly knives on our site. They represent the best and most unique balisongs we have found.

Okay so the nice arrive today now it is a great nice I have to say. Now what I did was I actually put in phosphorus bronze washers the only thing I hate about it is how you have to have to T8 Torx screws to unloosen it and I was able to put phosphorus bronze washers on it. And I noticed something which doesn't come on cheap knives. They was red seem like red Loctite on it so same thing as Cobra too I noticed that they have Loctite so it's an inexpensive nice and it's a great one in my opinion so I changed you know what I wanted to do it came a little bit stiff out the box so just keep in mind you have to do to talk screws which I would rather have them pins but I really wanted that Rosewood and it looks very nice

Fairly well priced for its quality! One of the tang pins falls out every once in a while, but it's nothing a hammer couldn't fix. The blade is pretty sharp. Great knife I'd recommend this for any beginner

This knife is sick!! It's super super sharp for a cheap balisong and it looks super slick. The carrying bag, however, is made of some cheap nylon or whatever and the bottom is sewn so poorly it'll probably break in less than a week. The tip of the blade came in dented, but a file got that cleaned up in no time. The knife is full of easy to remove "Made in China" stickers all over, but other than those, it's well worth the money you put into it and I would definitely recommend this item! :)

Sharp as HELL! both in looks and style! it even has a clip for wehn it goes into the back pocket... I love the tiny screw feature for access to maintaining proper balance..some butterfly knives get really loose after opening and closing..the screws make it easy to fix that issue should it occur....being in Canada I was so pleased to get my package just before the holidays..Merry X-Mas to me! and thanks BNC for helping with the shipment... I will be back to buy more stuff in the new year!
