We Ship Worldwide / 60 Day Returns / Lifetime Replacement


 

INSIDE THE USA:

We can ship most products to most places. Some items can not be shipped to certain states. Please see the item description for shipping restrictions.

We ship from various warehouses in the USA.

Remember, per our Terms of Service, it is the responsibility of you, the buyer, to determine what laws apply to you and to determine your local jurisdiction’s laws regarding the items you intend to order. You agree not to use any products in an illegal way or to order products that would be prohibited for you to possess in your area.


 

OUTSIDE THE USA:

We can ship all of our products worldwide to all countries except for stun gun products, pepper spray products and handcuffs which can only be shipped to CANADA, USA and APO addresses.

Most non-US orders arrive without a problem but we recommend that you check your local laws regarding the products you intend to order. All of our shipments go out in plain boxes or envelopes with no mention of our company name. We general mark the contents as an "engraved paperweight". This ensures most orders arrive without a problem. However, the buyer is responsible for customs clearance. Sometimes your local customs may impose an import tax on your order. You are responsible for paying any tax and complying with your local customs office to release your shipment.

Orders going outside the USA will be shipped via USPS or Acendia. Your local postal service will be responsible for making the final delivery. We do not offer UPS, FEDEX or other delivery options at this time.

Orders being shipped outside the USA are not eligible for free shipping offers.

We may sometimes remove certain products from your order if the cost of shipping the item to your address is exorbitant. You will be refunded for any items not shipped.

Some countries are on out Fraud Risk List. If your country is on this list we can still accept your order and ship to you but you must use the MONEY ORDER payment option and mail in your US dollar denominated money order to the address provided on your invoice when you checkout online.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

Discreet Packaging

We ship in plain white envelopes or USPS Priority Mail packaging. Our return address is listed as “The BKC”. For orders going to Non-USA addresses we will generally list the contents as a "paperweight" with a $10 value.


 

Shipping Charges

Shipping within the USA starts at $3.95 and FREE SHIPPING is available for orders over $49.

Shipping to the rest of the world starts at $10.50.

You can calculate the shipping cost for your order by adding items to your shopping cart and then entering your postal code and/or country name in the Shipping Calculator located on the shopping cart page.

All shipments include a USPS package tracking number.

Sometime we may cancel and refund an item from an international order because it is too large or heavy to ship.


 

Returns and Exchanges

All orders come with a 60 day return privilege starting from the day the item was shipped. The brass knuckles with items numbers starting with "BKC-" also come with an additional Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. See FAQ for details.

Please CONTACT US via our email contact form to arrange for a return authorization before mailing back any items.

Items must be shipped to a special RMA address. If an item is returned without authorization customer will not be refunded for that item and the item will not be returned. Items shipped to the return address on the package may be delayed or not delivered and not returned.

All returns must be identified with a corresponding invoice/order number.

Defective items can always be exchanged for an exact replacement of that item.

New /unused condition items can be returned within 60 days of ordering them. However, we may choose to refund all or only a portion of the original sales price. Factors that reduce a returns value include but are not limited to: missing or damaged product packaging, seasonal items, limited editions, clearance items.

A return processing fee will be imposed for orders that are returned to us due to being declared "undeliverable" by the shipping agent.

Items that are damaged or broken will usually not be accepted unless a manufacturing defect led to the item becoming damaged.

You must pay for the cost of return shipping for all returns except for exchanges of defective items.

If you return an item that we shipped to you for free your refund may be reduced to cover that shipping cost.

The shipping fee for your order is non-refundable. You will be refunded for the items only.

Custom engraved items and special order items are not eligible for return or refund.

Can I change my delivery address after an order has shipped?

After an order has shipped we are unable to change the delivery address for your package. However, UPS and USPS offer options for intercepting your package during transit.

The USPS offers a Package Intercept option that allows you to redirect a package that is not out for delivery and has not already been delivered. You can learn more at the link below:

Cancellations

Most orders can not be canceled after being placed. If an order has not yet been shipped we may be able to stop and cancel the order. All canceled orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.


 

Orders With Restricted Shipping Address

Some items have shipping restrictions that are stated in the product description. Orders that include a restricted shipping address will be put ON HOLD and we will email the customer with notification of the hold. The customer has the option of providing an alternative shipping address, accepting alternative products that are not restricted, accepting a "general delivery" at a post office in a neighboring state and picking up the package there or requesting a cancellation. Orders canceled by the customer due to shipping restrictions are subject to a 30% cancellation and restocking fee.  If the customer does not contact us within 30 days with an answer then the order will convert to a LOCAL PICKUP order and the order can be picked up at our SIOUX FALLS, SOUTH DAKOTA location.


 

Returned Packages

Customers must look carefully at the shipping address provided with an order. If a package is returned to us by the shipping service due to an invalid or undeliverable shipping address we will contact the customer to arrange to have the item reshipped at the customer's expense. We will email a link to a "shipping fee" and ask customer to checkout again to cover the cost of reshipping the package to the new preferred address. If the customer would requests to cancel the order rather then pay for reshipping the refund is subject to a 40% cancellation, restocking and mail forwarding fee and the shipping fee will not be included in the refund.
